Cuba is 92 miles away from the US.
But it’s a different world.
After spending a few days in Little Havana in Florida, I was excited to see the real Havana, meet the real people living there, and getting to see their way of life. They were gracious, happy hosts with a full heart and never more than a second away from a hearty hug or handshake.
Havana is a vibrant city - where even the older buildings have presence!
In Viñales Valley, cigar-making is a way of life, and the cigars made here are the finest in the world. This man was showing us how he rolled one while a portrait of Fidel Castro hangs behind him.
